Heavy-Duty Handlebar Assembly

This heavy-duty assembly replaces the older, superseded Arctic Cat part number 1705-506.
It features:

  • Design: 7/8″ handlebar with thicker inner wall tubing (standard on 2012-2016 models).
  • Durability: Perfect for keeping a spare set on hand to repair those backcountry mishaps.
  • Installation: Grips and warmers pre-installed; simply un-clamp your old handlebar and swap the controls over.
  • Upgraded Grips: Features the newer thinner 2017+ ProCross style grips (1.08″ OD installed vs 1.20″ OD).
  • Material: Primarily rubber instead of plastic for a softer, enhanced tactile feel.
  • Includes: 1705-493 handlebar with over-molded rubber grab handle, 1605-166 hand grips, and 0609-948/949 heating elements.
